In Fortnite you can throw things. Usually grenades of some sort. But you can also throw healing items to your teammates. One of the more embarrassing things you can do is throw heals instead of grenades at an opponent.

There are some people that do this on purpose to humiliate the player. The only time Katie and I have done this was because we were just panicked and threw the wrong thing.
